"Plugin" refers to any WordPress plugin, whether developed by Mentoshri or a Partner Developer, made available for purchase or download on our website.

"Partner Developer" refers to a third-party developer who lists and sells their Plugins on our Service.

"User", "You" refers to any individual or entity using our Service.

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

All WordPress plugins sold on this website are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL).

When you purchase a Plugin, you are purchasing a subscription for a license key that grants you access to automatic updates and technical support for a period of one year, unless otherwise stated.

Your license key is non-transferable and intended for use on the number of sites specified in your purchase plan.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal). We do not store your credit card or sensitive payment information on our servers.

Your Plugin license subscription will automatically renew at the end of each annual term unless you cancel it. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page on our website. By purchasing a Plugin, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring annual basis until you cancel the subscription.

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy for all new Plugin purchases. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Technical support is provided for any Plugin purchased from our website, as long as you have a valid and active license key.

For Plugins developed by Mentoshri: We will provide direct technical support.

For Plugins developed by Partner Developers: Support will be provided by the respective Partner Developer. We facilitate the initial contact but are not responsible for the direct provision of their support services.

Support is limited to help with the Plugin's features and functionality. We do not provide support for WordPress itself, third-party plugin conflicts, or custom code modifications.

Mentoshri also functions as a marketplace for Plugins created by Partner Developers. While we facilitate the transaction, please be aware that:

You are purchasing a license directly from the Partner Developer.

The Partner Developer is solely responsible for the functionality, maintenance, and support of their Plugin.

We do not assume any liability for damages, issues, or conflicts that may arise from the use of a Plugin developed by a Partner Developer.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users or Partner Developers), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mentoshri and its licensors. Our brand, logos, and original Plugins are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

In no event shall Mentoshri, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service or any Plugins purchased through the Service.

All Plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that Plugins will work in all browsers or with all versions of WordPress, nor do we guarantee compatibility with any third-party plugins or themes.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
